Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time All products at Elite Luxe Life are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes — European Union Orders shipped to EU countries typically arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and the product type. Some items may ship from multiple fulfillment centers, which can result in separate deliveries.

Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners and shipped via standard international carriers, which may include DHL, DPD, PostNL, and local postal services depending on your region.

Customs & Duties For EU orders, VAT may be collected at checkout. You will not be charged additional customs duties upon delivery for orders within the EU.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue promptly.
